How to Order from us
Ordering from us couldn’t be simpler. Simply follow these steps to place your order online:-
By Card on the Website
- Find the product you want to buy by selecting from the categories at the top of any page, or using the product filters on the left hand side of the page. Use these to immediately narrow down your search to the most relevant products.
- Make sure you select the option that best fits your requirements. Most scales have options such as platform size, capacity or increment. Choose the right one for you and then click Add to Cart.
- Choose to either continue shopping or click the button to go directly to your shopping cart
- Check the values on the shopping cart are what you expected, if all is correct then proceed to checkout
- If you’re a returning customer, sign in at this point if you aren’t already signed in, otherwise enter an email address and click the create account button
- Fill in your details as required and click to register.
- Once registered you have the option to add your address. You can add as many addresses as you like, for instance you may want an invoicing address and a delivery address. Once added proceed to the next step.
- You are now required to pick a shipping method. Please select the option that best meets your requirements and click the tick box to acknowledge our terms and conditions once read.
- The final page is your order summary along with payment details. Enter in your card details and click the pay now button.
- Once approved you will be taken back to your account page along with either a success or failure message.
